The Westbank Ranch HOA video was created to empower homeowners to learn how to maintain their individual OWTS. The maintenance demonstration was conducted by Carla Ostberg of all service SEPTIC/CBO. Inc. That event gave us the impetus to move forward to create the more comprehensive video which includes interviews with Environmental Health officials explaining OWTS regulations, installation, components and maintenance.
Funding for the project was provided by the CDPHE via source water protection grants for the Town of Carbondale and Westbank Ranch HOA. CRWA and CPOW also contributed to the project that was produced by Versatile Productions located in Carbondale, CO.
